- Local Orders (within Pakistan): Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery time may vary between 7–15 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Within Pakistan: Standard shipping rates apply (displayed at checkout).
- International Orders: Charges are calculated based on destination and will be shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain amount.
Delays & Responsibility
- Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, courier issues, or unforeseen events.
- Feminique is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
- Feminique is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
